Egg Hatch Exploit Tool

A simple tool for generating passwords for the Egg Hatch Exploit in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, and Explorers of Sky.

This is a simplified version that implements only the essential features.

Since the information on this page is based on EoS, some data may differ for Pokémon that do not exist in T/D, such as Shaymin.

Before You Begin

• Gabite Scale is not in your Treasure Bag.
• You do not have an Egg deposited at Chansey’s Day Care.
• Labyrinth Cave has been unlocked.
  • Progress until the end of the expedition (Chapter 10: Dusknoir) and complete the official mission.
  • In EoS, completing the Togetic mission from the café also unlocks it.

Steps

1. Select the game version, region, and Pokémon, then generate a password.
2. Enter the generated password via Wonder Mail S (Wonder Mail in T/D).
3. Accept the mission and head to Labyrinth Cave.
4. Reach B10F and defeat Gabite.
5. After completing the mission and receiving the Egg, advance the game by 6–9 days.
6. Check the Egg at Chansey’s Day Care to hatch the selected Pokémon.

Notes

• Nothing (0x000) cannot be hatched. (The secondary gender variant, 0x258, can be hatched.)
• Fully evolved Pokémon can also be hatched.
• Certain evolved Pokémon with Baby Pokémon, such as Snorlax, can learn unused Egg Moves that are normally unobtainable through regular gameplay.
• Kecleon can learn unused Egg Moves.
• The purple Kecleon is male-only and does not have a valid secondary gender.
• Pokémon with an invalid secondary gender have several issues. They may not speak, start without any moves, fail to receive form-specific attributes, or learn glitched moves (T/D only). Please use them with caution.
• Warning: If you hatch Manaphy, it cannot be dismissed.
